Amended notification of the Meghalaya Building Bye-Laws 2021 (dated – 25.03.2021) – Govt. of Meghalaya

• This notification has come into effect from 25.03.2021.
• In exercise of the powers conferred under Section 74 of the Meghalaya Town and Country Planning Act, 1973 as amended (Assam Town Planning Act, 1959) and the National Building Code 2016, the Government of Meghalaya is pleased to notify the Meghalaya Building Bye-Laws, 2021 and the same is published under Sub-section 2 of Section 72 of the said Act.
