Amendment Notification under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988 (59 of 1988) (dated – 23.07.2021) – Ministry of Road Transport and Highways

• In the said notification,—
• In the Table, in serial numbers 8 and 43, for the words and figures “21st September 2021”,wherever it occurs, the words and figures “21st March ,2022” shall be substituted;
• In the Table A, in serial number 6, for the words and figures “21st September 2021”, thewords and figures “21st March, 2022” shall be substituted;
• In the Table B Safety Standards for E-rickshaws and E-carts, in serial number 2, for thewords and figures “21st September 2021” wherever it occurs, the words and figures “21st March,2022” shall be substituted.
