• In the Maharashtra value added Tax Rules, 2005, in Rule 17, in Sub-Rule 4B, the proviso in Clause a has been substituted.
• In Rule 41 of the Principal Rules, in Sub-Rule 5, Substitution and insertion made.
• The returns have been extended upto 30th Jun 2021.
