• The Ministry of Corporate affairs vide a notification inserted a proviso after the second proviso of Rule 12(1B) under the Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014 providing that Form CSR-2 shall be filed separately on or before 31st March 2024, for the financial year 2022-2023.
