- The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide a notification amended various provisions including insertion of Rule 14(1A) requiring a company to file Form DIR-9 with the Registrar on receiving the information in Form DIR-8, within thirty days of such receipt and substituting various Forms including Forms DIR-3, DIR-3C, DIR-5, DIR-6, DIR-8, DIR-9, DIR-10, DIR- 11 and DIR-12 under the Companies (Authorised to Register) Rules, 2014. This shall come into force from 23rd January 2023. Please refer to the notification for more details.
