- The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide a notification amended Form PAS-2, PAS-3 AND PAS-6 and omitted Rule 12(6) relating to the attachment of a copy of the resolution passed in the general meeting authorizing the issue of bonus shares to Form PAS-3. Under the Companies (Prospectus and allotment of securities) Rules, 2014. This shall come into force from 23rd January 2023. Please refer to the notification for more details.
