• The Ministry of Corporate Affairs, vide a notification amended Form NDH -1, Form NDH-2, Form NDH-3 and Form NDH-4 under the Nidhi Rules, 2014. This shall come into force from 23rd January 2023. Please refer to the notification for more details.
