• The provisions as may be specified by the Securities and Exchange Board of India, may enter into qualified financial contracts notified by any regulatory authority as specified in the First Schedule: –
• Mutual Fund registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India; and
• Alternative Investment Fund registered with Securities and Exchange Board of India.
