- It is hereby ordered that the consent Fee prescribed vide order No. 59 SPCB of2016 Dated 29-03-2016 based on the Capital Investment of the Units shall be applicable for the calculation of Consent Fee for Consent to Establish (Fresh/Renewal)/ Consent to Operate (Fresh/Renewal) cases of Poultry Farms handling above 5000 birds under Green category, with immediate effect, refer attachment for further details.
