- The concerned stakeholder is advised that before applying for health certificate, verify the applicability of above listed HS Codes in line with the food products specified under Food Safety and Standards (Food Products Standards and Food Additives) Regulations, 2011 like sub Regulation 2.1 for “Milk and Milk Products”, Sub Regulation 2.5.2(7) for “Pork and Pork Products” and Sub Regulation 2.6 for “Fish and Fish Products” and refer attachment for further details.
