- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 23 read with clause (k) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and clause 16 of the General Terms and Conditions of Supply, the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby extends the restriction and control measures till 15-05-2022. The necessity of further extension beyond 15.05.2022 will be examined by the Commission after a review of the power supply position in due course. The DISCOMS shall give wide publicity about this extension of the R&C measures through newspapers and electronic media, refer attachment for further details.
