The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Annual Report) Rules, 2021 – SEBI

• This came into force from 12^th Mar 2021.
• Submission of a report to the Central Government giving atrue and full account of its activities, policies and programmes during the previous financial year in theAnnexure appended to these rules.
• The report shall be submitted within ninety days after the end of each financial year.
