- All ESIC offices and themselves monitor the CPGRAMS case, Covid-19 related cases and the cases in santusht portal of MOLE as well as grievances received through email and social medical handles, etc. on daily basis and should take prompt action to redress all the cases satisfactorily.
- 24 hours help line available to address the issues
- Covid-19 and Atal Beemit Vyakti Kalyan Yojana scheme cases received through CPGRAMS and any other platform should be redressed within 3 days.
- Cases received through santusht portal of MOLE must be redressed within 2 days.
- Problems and grievances related to migrant IPs and their families must be mitigated forthwith. etc.,
