Draft Notification issued to extend the provision of Act to the classes of establishments under ESIC Act, 1948 (Notification dated -07.06.2021) – MOLE

• Employees’ State Insurance Corporation hereby gives notice of its intention to extend the provisions of the Act to the classes of establishments specified in the schedule annexed thereto, on or after one month from the date of publication in the official gazette.
