Circular regarding categorization of industries into Red/Orange/Greenand White categories based on Pollution Potential which are not included in categorization list (dated – 16.09.2021) – Kerala State Pollution Control Board

• In partial modification of the circular the following item of industries activities are categorized. The application of Consent to Operate/Registration shall be processed based on this categorization.
• 217 – Ayurvedic Health care units – (i) with impatient facility – Orange Category, – Others – Green Category.
• 221- Liquid to Compressed Natural Gas (LCNG) Storage and fuelling stations/outlets – Green Category.
• Applicants shall submit affidavit along with consent application mentioning the details.
