- It has come to the notice of the undersigned that some of the Clinical Establishment possess multiple CE Licenses having same nomenclature and same address. This creates a lot of inconveniences in day work under the guidelines of “The West Bengal Clinical Establishments (Registration, Regulation and Transparency) Act and Rules, 2017”.
- All CMOHs are hereby directed to issue one and only one CE license to a particular Clinical Establishment at a particular address mentioning all the facilities including total number of beds, if any.
