- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 189 of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (31of 2016), the Central Government hereby appoints Shri Ravi Mital, as Chairperson of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India for a period of five years or upto the age of sixty-five years, whichever is the earlier.
- Shri Ravi Mital has assumed the office of the Chairperson on the 9th February, 2022.
