- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 23 read with clause (k) of sub-section (1) of Section 86 of the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003) and all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and clause 16 of the General Terms and Conditions of Supply, the Andhra Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission hereby extends the following relaxation to the existing restriction and control measures on industries from 00.00 hours of 14.05.2022 without changing the other conditions:
- Continuous Process Industries: 30% cut in contracted demand during 06.00 hours to 18.00 hours and 40 % cut for the balance period.
- Non continuous Process Industries: No restrictions The DISCOMS shall give wide publicity about this further relaxation of the R&C measures through newspapers and electronic media, refer attachment for further details.
