- In the said notification,-
(i) Under the heading CHAIRMAN, for serial number 1 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
- “1. Minister of Labour and Employment, Government of India, New Delhi.”
(ii) Under the heading MEMBERS, for serial number 7 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
- “7. Joint Secretary (Investment), Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, New Delhi.”, refer attachment for further details.
