- The Central Board for Direct Taxes notified the amount of twenty-five lakhs rupees as the limit for tax exemptions on the cash equivalent of leave salary, under sub-clause (ii) of clause (10AA) of section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961. Please refer to the notification for more details.
