- The Government of Jharkhand vide a notification amended various rules under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Rules, 2017, including omission of Rule 122, 124, 125, 134,137, and substituting Rule 127 and the Clause (a) of the explanation under Rule 137. They shall deem to be effective from the 1st day of December 2022. Please refer to the notification for more details.
