The Government of Jharkhand, vide a notification amended Clause (h) of the Explanation of the previous notification no. 13/2017-State Tax (Rate), dated 29th June 2017, under the Jharkhand Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017. As per the notification for the words “and State Legislatures” the words “, State Legislatures, Courts and Tribunals” shall be substituted. This notification shall come into force on the 1st day of March 2023 Please refer to the notification for more details.
