– The Government of Jharkhand, vide a notification, extended the time limit for recovery of tax not paid or short paid or of input tax credit wrongly availed or utilized, for the financial years 2017-18, 2018-19, and 2019-20, till 31st December 2023, 31st March 2024, and 30th June 2024, respectively.
