- The Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs, vide a notification, amended previous notification no. 83/2020 – Central Tax, dated the 10th of November 2020, no. 12/2023 – Central Tax, dated the 24th of May 2023 and no.26/2019 –Central Tax, dated the 28th June, 2019 issued under the Central Goods and Services Tax Act,2017. The notification has substituted for the words “tax period April, 2023” the word “tax periods April 2023 and May 2023″ and for the words” thirty-first day of May, 2023″, the word “thirtieth day of June, 2023”.
