- In rule 18-A of the Maharashtra Labour Welfare Fund Rules, 1953, in sub-rule (1), in clause (c), for the words “by deputation of officers from the cadre of Deputy Commissioner of Labour or of Assistant Commissioner of Labour” the words “by deputation of officers from the cadre not below the rank of Deputy Commissioner of Labour” shall be substituted, Please refer attachment for further details.
