Advisory regarding delays in processing of applications for renewal of the licenses – FSSAI

It is advised that no application for renewal of license should be kept pending for proceeding regarding filing of returns, such licenses may be duly renewed.
In case of any default and contravention by the FBO, appropriate penal action will be taken by the authority.
