- This notification has come into effect from 27.08.2021.
- In the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989 (hereinafter referred to as the said rules), for clause (zd) of rule 2, substitutions were made.
- In the said rules, in rule 112, after sub-rule (4), the following sub-rules insertions were made.
- In the said rules, in rule 125-G, after sub-rule (2) insertions were made.
- In the said rules, in Form 22 F, for the words, figures and brackets, ―[(See rules 47B (3),112(3), 112(4), 126)]‖, the words, figures and brackets, ―[(See rules 47B (3),112(3), 112(4), 112(5), 112(6), 112(7), 112(8), 126)]‖, shall be substituted. ETC.,
