- This notification has come into effect from 18.06.2021.
- In the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989, in rule 93,-in sub-rule (1), in clause (A), in sub-clause (VI),after the first proviso, the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:
- “Provided further that in case motor vehicle of category N2 or N3 is engaged to carry indivisible loads, the overall height of the motor vehicle shall not exceed 4.75 meters:”;
- In the second proviso for the words “Provided further”, the word “Provided also” shall be substituted;
- Sub-rules (4) and (5) shall respectively, be renumbered as sub-rules (3) and (4) thereof.
