Amended notification of the Central Motor Vehicles (Twenty Second Amendment) Rules, 2021(dated – 30.09.2021) – Ministry of Road Transport and Highways

• This notification has come into effect from 30.09.2021.
• In the Central Motor Vehicle Rules, 1989, in rule 115A,
• in sub-rule (9), in clause (c), for the words “Non-Road Safety Cycle (NRSC)” the words “Non-Road Steady Cycle (NRSC)”, shall be substituted,
• In table 1, in the heading “Applicable with effect from”, for the words and figures, “1st October, 2021” the words and figures“1st April, 2022” shall be substituted,
• In sub-rule (10), in clause (c), for the words “Non-Road Safety Cycle (NRSC)” the words “Non-Road Steady Cycle (NRSC)” shall be substituted.
