Amended notification of the Inter-State Migrant Workmen (Regulation of Employment and Conditions of Service) (Gujarat) (Amendment) Rules, 2021 – Govt. of Gujarat

• This notification has come into effect from 23.07.2021.
• In rule 11, in sub-rule (2), clause (Xii) shall be deleted.
• In rule 41, sub-rule (17) shall be deleted.
• In said rules, in rule 52, in sub-rule (2), after clause (b) the following proviso shall be added namely:
• “provided that such authentication may not be required in case of electronic payment” In the said rules, rule 54 shall be deleted. In the Said rules, in rule 55, sub-rule (2) shall be deleted.
