- In rule 10 of the Maharashtra Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Rules, 1983
- In sub-rule (1) for the words “Seven” the word “Five” shall be substituted
- In sub-rule (2) for the words “If a quorum is not present at the expiration of fifteen minutes from such adjournment the presiding authority shall adjourn the meeting to such hours on the following or on some other future date as he may fix.”, the words “re-convene the meeting after thirty minutes, provided that, no quorum shall be required for the re-convened meeting.” Shall be substituted, refer attachment for further details.
