Amended notification of the Mineral (Auction) Third Amendment Rules, 2021(dated -02.11.2021) – Ministry of Mines.

• This notification has come into effect from 02.11.2021.
• In the Mineral (Auction) Rules, 2015, in rule 14,
• For the words “twenty-four” the words “twelve” shall be substituted;
• The words, “sixty days from” shall be omitted.
