- This notification has come into effect from 30.07.2021.
- In the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Infrastructure Investment Trusts) Regulations, 2014,-
- In regulation 14, in sub-regulation (4), in clause (c), the word amount‖ shall be inserted after the word subscription‖, and the words be one lakh rupees‖ shall be substituted with the words fall within the range of ten thousand rupees to fifteen thousand rupees‖.
- In regulation 16, in sub-regulation (9), in clause (b), the words and figures 100 units‖ shall be substituted with the words one unit‖.
- In regulation 26B, after sub-regulation (2), the following new sub-regulation shall be inserted, namely, –
- (3) The minimum number of unit holders in an InvIT, other than the sponsor(s), its related parties and its associates, shall be five, together and collectively holding at least twenty-five per cent of the total units of the InvIT, at all times.
