Amendment notification of the Jharkhand Electricity Duty (Amendment) Act, 2021 (dated – 07.07.2021) – Govt. of Jharkhand

• This notification has come into effect from 07.07.2021.
• Amendment in Section 3 After sub-section (1) of Section 3, a proviso shall be added in the following manner- “Provided further that, the Government may, by notification, add to or amend or alter any of the categories or rates in the Schedule appended to this Act. “Amendment in the Electricity Duty Schedule (Rate of Electricity Duty) appended to the Act.
• The Electricity Duty Schedule (Rate of Electricity Duty) appended to the Act shall be substituted in the following manner refer schedule in attached notification.
