Amendment notification on excluding Government Departments and Local Authorities from the issuance of e-invoice (Notification dated – 09.06.2021) – Govt. of Gujarat

• In said notification in the first paragraph, after the words “notifies registered person, other than”, the words “a government department, local authority”, shall be inserted.
• This notification has come into effect from 01.06.2021.
