Amendment notification under Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017(dated-20.10.2022)-Govt. of Meghalaya.

• In the said notification, in paragraph 1 for the words “furnishing of returns and computation and settlement of integrated tax”, the following shall be substituted, namely:-
• “Furnishing of returns and computation and settlement of integrated tax and save as otherwise provide in the notification No. 69/2017 dated 13.12.2019 published vide No ERTS(T) 44/2019/pt/35 dated 13.12.2019, all functions provided under the Meghalaya Goods and Services Tax Rules,2017,refer attachment for further details.
