Amendment notification under Section 168A of the Odisha Goods and Services Tax Act, 2017 (Notification dated – 21.06.2021) – Govt. of Odisha

• In said notification in the first paragraph:
• In clause (i),
  • The Figures, letters and words “29th day of June, 2021” shall be substituted; and
  • For the figures, letters and words “30th day of June, 2021” Shall be substituted;
  • In proviso to clause(i):
  • The Figures, letters and words”30 th day of June, 2021″ shall be substituted; and
  • For the figures, letters and words “15th day of July, 2021”,shall be substituted;
• In clause (ii):
  • The figures, letters and words “29th day of June, 2021” shall be substituted;
  • The figures, letter and words “30th day of June, 2021” shall be substituted;

This notification had come into effect from 30.05.2021
