Amendment notification under Sub-Section (3) of Section 109 of Motor Vehicles Act, 1988(dated -27.01.2022) – Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.

• In the said notification, –
• In the Table, in serial numbers 8 and 43, for the figures, letters and word “21st March, 2022”, wherever they occur, the figures, letters and word “21st September, 2022” shall be substituted;
• In the Table A, in serial number 6, for the figures, letters and word “21st March, 2022”, the figures, letters and word “21st September, 2022” shall be substituted;
• In the Table B Safety Standards for E-rickshaws and E-carts, in serial number 2, for the figures, letters and word “21st March, 2022”, wherever they occur, the figures, letters and word “21st September 2022” shall be substituted.
