Amendment notification under Sub-Section (6C) of Section 250 of the Income-tax Act, 1961(43 of 1961) – CBDT

• This has come into force from 1st April 2021.
• In the said notification, for the expression, “National e-Assessment Centre”, wherever it occurs, theexpression “National Faceless Assessment Centre” shall be substituted.
