- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 122 read with Section 113 of the Tamil Nadu Town and Country Planning Act, 1971 (Tamil Nadu Act 35 of 1972), the Governor of Tamil Nadu, hereby relaxes the provision of Section 50 as follows:-
- “Considering the loss of construction period of 2 years due to COVID, the duration of planning permission for the buildings for which planning permission was accorded during the period from 01.04.2014 to 31.03.2022 is extended for a further period of 2 years”, refer attachment for further details.
