- The Central Bank of Sri Lanka, vide circular no. 03 of 2023, stated that an Authorized Money Broking Company must pay an annual certificate fee of Rupees Three Hundred and Fifty Thousand (Rs.350,000), along with applicable taxes, on or before 31st January each year. Additionally, applicant companies must pay an application processing fee for issue of Certificate of Authorisation for the first instance shall be of Rupees Twenty Thousand (Rs.20,000), along with the annual certificate fee and applicable taxes.
