- In view of current covid-19 situations, the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control board hereby extends the validity of consent to operate upto 30.06.2021 of all the industry/facility/establishment, who have valid consent to operate upto 30.04.2021 or thereafter upto 29.06.2021, deemed to have been valid up to 30.06.2021.
- This circular comes into effect from 11.05.2021 of issue and the extension of validity up to 30.06.2021 subject to same terms and conditions stipulated in the previous CTO authorizations issued by the Board and availability of other statutory clearances.
