– Circular on issuance of units of AIFs in dematerialized form (dated – 21.06.2023) – SEBI.

• The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide a circular amended SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012 and notified on June 15th, 2023 by providing the time frame for dematerializing the units of all schemes of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). This circular shall come into force with immediate effect. Please refer to the circular for more details.
