- The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide a circular amended SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012 and notified on June 15th, 2023 by providing the Modalities for launching liquidation scheme and for distributing the investments of Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs). The provisions of this circular shall come into force with immediate effect. Please refer to the circular for more details.
