- The Securities and Exchange Board of India vide a circular amended SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012 and notified on June 15th, 2023 by providing the manner of valuation of AIF’s investments, responsibility of manager of AIF with regard to Valuation of Investments of AIFs etc. The provisions of this circular shall come into force with effect from November 01, 2023.
