- The Securities and Exchange Board of India issued a circular requiring Infrastructure Investment Trusts (InvITs) to hold the securities of Holding Companies and special purpose vehicles (SPVs) in the dematerialized form. Further, the Manager of the InvIT is directed to dematerialize the securities of Hold Cos and SPVs of the InvIT on or before 30th June 2023. Please refer to the circular for more details.
