- All Regional Directors/Directors (I/Cs)/Jt. Dir.(I/Cs) are advised to issue necessary instructions to the Branch Managers to review all pending accident reports and take necessary action to dispose at the earliest. To take legal action against the wilful defaulting employers in case of non-production of records under the ESI Act,1948, ESI (Central) Rules, 1950 & ESI (General) Regulations, 1950.
