• Draft Amendment:
  • In the said Rules, in rule 364, after the proviso, the following proviso shall be added namely:-
  • “Provided further that every battery operated auto rickshaw shall be painted in bottle green color on all sides of the body of the vehicle with a highway yellow band of fifteen centimeters in width on the central portion of the body of the vehicle”.
