• IntheInter-StateMigrantWorkmen (RegulationofEmploymentandConditionsofService)(Punjab)Rules,1983,forrule52 Registers and Records to be maintained,thefollowingshallbesubstituted.
• (a) Register of Muster Roll, Fines, Damages and losses,Over-Time,WagesandAdvancesundertheserulesshallbesuchasmaybeprescribedundertheMinimumWagesAct,1948andtherulesmadethereunder.
• (b)Paymentshallbemadeinmanner prescribedunderthePaymentofWagesAct,1936andtherulesmadethereunder.
