Draft notification of FSS(Health Supplements, Nutraceuticals,Food for Special Dietary Use, Food for Special Medical Purpose, and Prebiotic and Probiotic Food)Regulations, 2022(dated – 24.06.2022)-FSSAI

• The said draft regulations shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of the period of sixty days from the date on which copies of the Gazette containing this notification are made available to the public.
• Objections or suggestions, which may be received from any person with respect to the said draft regulations before the expiry of period so specified, shall be considered by the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India, refer attachment for further details.
